1. Overview 概述
承福殯儀(Glory Funeral)(“the Company” / “本公司”) provides funeral and bereavement services. Due to the time-sensitive, personalised, and irreversible nature of funeral arrangements, returns and refunds are only available under the limited circumstances set out in this Policy.
鑑於殯儀安排具高度時效性及個人化,本公司之退貨及退款安排僅適用於下列情況。
2. Physical Goods — Return Eligibility 實物商品退貨資格
Only un-used, un-opened physical goods are eligible for return. 僅未使用、未開封之實物商品方可申請退貨。
2.1 Eligible items 可退貨商品
- Standard, non-personalised physical goods (e.g. standard urns, standard memorial items) that have NOT been used or opened. 標準非個人化實物商品(例如:標準骨灰盅、標準紀念品),未使用且未開封者。
- Return request must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the Company at least 3 business days before the originally scheduled date of use. 退貨申請須於預定使用日期前最少3個工作天,以書面(電郵或信函)向本公司提出。
- Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. 貨品須以原裝完好包裝退回。
- An administrative handling fee of up to 15% of the goods’ purchase price, plus return shipping costs, will be borne by the customer. 本公司有權收取不超過貨品售價15%之行政手續費,退貨運費由客戶承擔。
2.2 Non-eligible items (NO return / NO refund) 不接受退貨商品
- Any goods that have been used, opened, or come into contact with human remains. 已使用、已開封或與遺體接觸之商品。
- Customised or personalised products including, but not limited to: engraved or personalised urns; custom-sized or designed coffins; photo frames, memorial boards, or keepsakes printed with photos, names, or memorial text; custom-made paper offerings or decorations. 個人化訂製商品,包括但不限於:刻名骨灰盅;特製尺寸或設計棺木;印有相片、姓名或悼念字句之相架、相片板或紀念品;特別訂造紙紮品或裝飾品。
- Perishable items such as fresh flowers, food offerings, or incense. 易腐物品,如鮮花、食品祭品或香燭。
3. Services — No Refund Policy 服務費用不退款政策
All funeral service fees, once rendered or confirmed, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Services include but are not limited to: mortuary collection and documentation, family consultation, ceremony coordination, and any service already commenced or performed. 所有殯儀服務費用,一旦提供或確認,概不退款。服務包括但不限於:到殮房辦理手續、文件處理、家屬會面、儀式統籌,以及任何已開始或已提供之服務。
Third-party items pre-paid on the customer’s behalf (e.g. funeral parlour hire, cremation/burial fees, transportation, religious ceremonies) are subject to the respective third party’s terms. The Company will endeavour to assist with refund enquiries but cannot guarantee any refund from third parties. 由本公司代客戶預繳之第三方項目(如殯儀館租用、火葬╱土葬費用、交通、宗教儀式),須遵從相關機構之條款,本公司將盡力協助查詢但不保證獲退款。
4. Governing Law & Consumer Rights 適用法律及消費者權利
This Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), or any other applicable Hong Kong consumer protection legislation. 本政策受香港特別行政區法律管轄。本政策不限制或排除閣下在《貨品售賣條例》(第26章)、《供應服務(隱含條款)條例》(第457章)或其他適用香港消費者保護法例下享有之任何權利。
